Damaged Or Missing Items:
It is the customers responsibility to verify delivery of all parts, and report any damage within a reasonable time. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Returns And Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL EXCEPT IN CASES OF DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
* Order Cancellations Are Accepted, However We Cannot Refund Shipping Costs After The Merchandise Has Been Shipped. Refused Orders Will Be Charged For Outbound & Return Shipping Plus Handling Charges Up To 25%.
* Returned Items Originally Sold With Free Shipping Will Be Subject To Charges For Original Shipping Costs, As Well As Other Return Charges Which May Be Levied.
* No Requests For Returns Or Exchanges Will Be Approved On Any Items After 14 Days Following Delivery. Return Authorizations Expire After 30 Days And Are Subject To Return Fees Up To 25% Depending On Type Of Merchandise.
* All Merchandise Returned Or Exchanged Must Include All Parts And Instructions, And Must Be in Original Packaging And In Sellable Condition, Or Be Subject To Additional Charges For Parts Replacement Or Re-Conditioning. AJ’s Truck & Trailer Center, Inc. Retains The Right To Make All Final Decisions Regarding Returns Or Exchanges.
* MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. IF REFUSAL IS NOT POSSIBLE MERCHANDISE WILL BE HELD FOR 30 DAYS, DURING WHICH TIME CUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED IF POSSIBLE AND GIVEN THE OPTION OF RESHIPPING AT ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. AFTER 30 DAYS MERCHANDISE WILL BE RETURNED TO INVENTORY AND THE MATTER CONSIDERED CLOSED.
