The MODEL 500 economy tailgate spreaders feature low-profile, high-density polyethylene hopper 5 cu ft capacities. Features 12V DC motors mounted inside a sealed housing in the hopper, a 10" diameter polyurethane spinner and molded polyethylene covers. MODEL 500 features a direct-drive powder-coated auger and mounts to a Class III trailer hitch. Standard nylon ratchet straps provide added stability. Accessories for both models include a top screen kit and adjustable deflectors.
